The machine is formed by four robots, each of them moves the vision system device to the points defined by the Vision PC. Each robot will operate in a quadrant of the body map.
The vision system is intended to have covers all around in order to facilitate cleaning. However, due to the possibility of modifications during the testing phase and the short delivery time of this material, the decision was made to postpone the integration of these covers.
All the relevant modifications that could happen during the settings/testing phase will be reflected in the drawings.
In the picture, the prototype is visible during the calibration process. The mattress has been removed, allowing access to the pattern for the cameras.
