iToBoS was presented in the AIDNID (Associazione Italiana di Diagnostica Non Invasiva in Dermatologia) annual congress in Trieste.
Iris Zalaudek from the University of Trieste co-organized the annual congress of AIDNID, the Italian Association of Non-invasive Diagnostics in Dermatology. The congress was held in Trieste on 14 and 15 June, tackling diagnostic and therapeutic issues for melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancers.
During the congress, in addition to the presentations of several experts, also the patients’ voice was listened to through the presentation of Monica Forchetta, the founder of APaIM, the association of melanoma patients in Italy (https://apaim.it). The congress hosted about 300 participants.
On Friday, Josep Malvehy presented online the talk “Virtual oncologic dermatology: the future is now” where the iToBoS project was presented with preliminary results of the cognitive assistant.
