iToBoS members attended the Mobile World Congress 2021. The GSMA welcomed the connectivity industry back to Barcelona for the first MWC in the city since 2019, both in-person and virtually, held from June 28 to July 1.

iToBoS project was presented in the World Congress of the International Society of Dermoscopy The congress was held virtual due to safety reasons related to COVID-19.

Dr. Malvehy. Director of the Skin Cancer Unit, consultant for the Dermatology Service of the Hospital Clínic de Barcelona and RICOH, both partners of the iToBoS project, supported the webinar led by the Spanish Association Against Cancer (Asociación Española Contra el Cancer, AECC) on skin cancer. The event was held in Spanish.

iToBoS supported this theoretical and practical course which was led by Dr. Malvehy, scientific partner of the project. A holistic assessment tool as iToBoS is proposing should understand the specific characteristics of every patient in order to enable a personalised, early detection of melanoma.

The 10th World Congress of Melanoma in conjunction with the 17th EADO Congress was held under the auspices of the Melanoma World Society (MWS) and European Association of Dermato-Oncology (EADO).
